4. From the visual psychological point, high pressure sodium lamp CRI is only 23, while LED light is 75+. To achieve the same brightness, the average LUX would reduce by at least 20% by replacing HPS lamps with LED lights

5. Lumens depreciation is less than 3% per year,  it would still reach the demand of road illumination. However, the HPS light is with higher depreciation, more than 30% deduction for one year
